Terms and Conditions

• Snorkeling package to Racha Island is for two persons and valued at 1,200 Baht.
• This package includes transfer to/from hotels in Patong, Karon or Kata areas to Chalong Pier / a speed boat ferry to/from Chalong Pier to Racha Island / snacks / snorkeling mask / snorkel / life jacket / lunch (Thai set buffet).
• Nok Fan Club reserves the right to offer this package only to Nok Fan Club members who reserve a round-trip ticket to Phuket at normal price via Nok Air call center 1318 extension to 8. This offer is limited to the first 1,000 members. Both passengers must be Nok Fan Club members and must travel together.
• Payment must be made by credit card only. Limited to one package per booking.
• Reservation must be made during May 27 - September 23, 2010 only.
• Traveling must be made during June 2 - September 30, 2010 only.
• Reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to departure date.
• This package is limited and may not be available on some days.
• Airline ticket and snorkeling package are strictly inseparable. The package may not be transferred or assigned to any other members.
• Members must directly inform accommodation to reservation 7 days prior to departure date.
• For any of Nok Fan Club members who do not stay in Kata, Karon or Patong areas, there will be an additional transfer fee of 300 Baht per person.
• Any changes to the itinerary must be made to both passengers.
• Any changes of itinerary or flight must be made at least 7 days prior to original booking date via Nok Air call center 1318 extension to 8. Nok Economy passengers must pay for changing fee and additional differences which may surplus from an original fare by credit cards only. In case that a new fare is less than an original price, Nok Fan Club reserves its right to refund an exceeding amount of the decreased fare. Nok Flexi and Nok Plus passengers can be waived for changing fee.
• This package may be changed or cancelled, depending on the weather forecast and safety concerns.
• Boarding pass must be presented to agent.
• Payment is strictly non-refundable.
• For any other regular fares which are not included snorkeling package, the booking and payment can be made at all channels as normal practice.
• Other requirements remain in according to Nok Air's terms and conditions.
• Nok Air reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
